Chris J. Hanson

Chis Hanson is the founder of 3GEngagement, a digital marketing company, bourbon connoisseur, sled dog Racer, and Fly fisherman extraordinaire. Chris grew up spending much of his time in Northern Minnesota, moving all over and living in more than one place without electricity and running water. He quit school in the 8th grade and pursued a life in the woods. During that time he fell in love with the world of training and racing sled dogs, which took him on a one-year journey of racing all over the Midwest, Canada, and Alaska. Chris traveled a long road with many twists and turns through college, car sales, internet manager for a dealership, and eventually the E-commerce Director and digital Strategist. A significant part of Chris’ story is highlighted in a short film called “The Day I Dis-remembered.” This film outlines a scary but redemptive chapter of his story, and How Fly Fishing played an integral role in his recovery. We hope you enjoy this episode with our new friend, Chris Hanson.
